EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AFTER HOURS
For urgent repairs that cannot wait until the next business day, please ring 0467 186 783 (other than lost keys, which is the tenant’s responsibility for being locked out).
In case of an emergency such as a burst water main or major roof leak during the late/early hours of the day we ask that you contact one of the following;
State Emergency Service: 13 25 00
Water Corporation: 13 13 75
Should you experience a break-in during the late/early hours of the day, please report to the Police immediately. If a window was broken in order to gain access, you may organise the repair immediately following Police instructions.
It would then be appreciated if you could contact our office during business hours and advise of the Police Report Number. Owner insurance covers glass breakage although this can only be done with the Police Report Number.
After hours repairs
Please note hot water systems are not carried out on a weekend and should be called into the office 8:30 am on the next business day to be attended to as a priority.
If a non-emergency repair is booked after hours and could have been conducted during business hours, you will be responsible for the after-hours service fee (normally around $250).
RETICULATION
Reticulation sprinklers are the responsibility of the tenant to ensure they are clear of sand or debris. We advise you to check all sprinklers immediately upon moving into the property and regularly thereafter. Please ensure that you do not park on the lawn or verge areas at any time.
